VACAP Theme Customization

Opportunity: VACAP wanted to increase its web traffic and have the ability to access information quickly. Information access was a serious issue on the previous site, and one of their biggest pain points. They also had an issue with the user-friendliness of the backend of the site for their own team to manage content Client Goal: The client wanted members that had arrived at the site to have a better user experience in order to access webinar/event information, as well as having a members-only portal to access exclusive information. Solution: We created a user-friendly website that achieved all the goals we sought to achieve based on the discovery session conducted at the beginning of the project. This allowed for a better partnership with the client and further client collaboration to create a logo for another campaign they were working on. www.vacap.org
